just had my dinner. cereal. with 1 teaspoon of condensed milk and a glass of fresh milk. didnt take dinner earlier on. was on the phone with lesley before that. called her cos i was feeling very "empty" .. plus those "bottled-up feelings".. but didnt talk to her abt it in the end cos i think she's not alright too... haix. everyone's not alright. may God bless us..
